Custom 12-Week Training Program That Will Take Your Game To The Next Level!

JUNE 9TH- AUGUST 29TH

  • Open to all sports. Male and Female.

  • NEW ATHLETES: An assessment is required before start date (schedule below).

  • Custom sport specific training program that includes stretching/mobility, warm up, plyometrics/power, strength, and cool down.

  • Get hands on coaching throughout your entire workout to make sure you are performing exercises correctly and safe.

  • Receive a personal workout sheet to track all of your progress to ensure you are getting bigger, faster, and stronger.

  • Nutrition and recovery guidance to help you learn how to properly fuel your body and recover from your workouts.

In order to build your custom program your coach need to get eyes on you. Without knowing where we need to start we won’t know where we need to go. Your coach will bring you through various movements and screenings to test balance, stability, strength, coordination and more, that will help them create the best program for you!

MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES AGE 11-14

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES AGE 14-18
